Chef Lucas is raised in the household of Victoria Twenty two, steeped in its culinary ethos. Born in Kenya, raised in Zimbabwe, his journey took him to South Africa, Spain, Italy and five star lodges in Zanzibar before returning “home” to start his own dream of cooking, merging spices and flavour from different countries.
